Syracuse, N.Y. - Ten former Theta Tau fraternity members suspended by Syracuse University are trying to return to campus.
The group made national headlines in April after video showed pledges taking part in what the chancellor described as racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic behavior.
The students are asking a judge in Jefferson County to allow them to return to school. S-U has filed an emergency injunction to keep that from happening.
A hearing is set for September 19th.
